校园文化与大学发展

校园文化看不见、摸不着，却支撑着大学的脊梁，它潜移默化影响和造就一所大学的文化品格。它不仅对大学发展起着重要作用，也是大学发展的重要内容，是大学建设的题中应有之义。为此，需要建设民主和谐，具有学术自由、人文精神和创新精神的校园文化，并将它提高到学校战略发展的高度来看，以校园文化整合学校发展战略。     

Is evidence-based practice diverse enough? Philosophy of science considerations.

In its policy rationale for evidence-based practice in psychology (EBPP), the APA Presidential Task Force on Evidence-Based Practice (see record 2006-05893-001) claims to have constituted itself with "scientists and practitioners from a wide range of perspectives and traditions, reflecting the diverse perspectives within the field" (p. 273). We applaud this attention to diversity but contend that an entire perspective of the debate was omitted in the Task Force's newly approved policy and its underlying report. The failure to consider a philosophy of science perspective led the Task Force to make a number of epistemological assumptions that are not based on evidence or rationale and that thus violate the very spirit of evidence-based decision making. Exploring the landscape of modern academic psychology: Finding and filling the holes.

Like any other domain of human activity, psychology has its fads and fashions. One consequence of fads is an overconcentration of resources on specific problems or approaches, which leaves other important problems or approaches (holes) underappreciated and understudied. This article is primarily about different factors (such as negativity bias, polarization of positions, focus on internal causes of behavior, dedication to a narrow view of what science is) that result in holes and about explorations of some of these holes that have interested the author. Commercial Test of Multi-functional Desulfurizing Agent TS-01 for Gasoline in FCC Process

Experimental use of multi-functional desulfurizing agent TS-01 for FCC gasoline in the FCC unit of SINOPEC Jiujiang Company shows that the multi-functional desulfurizing agent can effectively remove various kinds of sulfur in FCC gasoline and diesel fuel and fulfill passivation on heavy metals.     

Review of The saturated self: Dilemmas of identity in contemporary life.

Reviews the book, The saturated self: Dilemmas of identity in contemporary life by Kenneth J. Gergen (see record 1991-97621-000). There is, perhaps, no other concept as seminal for psychology as the self. For this reason alone, Kenneth Gergen's book represents an important contribution to our understanding of this influential concept. However, Gergen's vision is so broad, his arguments so compelling, and the implications so revolutionary, that the work defies confinement exclusively within the walls of academia. In essence, Gergen is articulating his vision of a postmodern world, and he lays an invitation squarely before the reader to come and partake. The conception of the self as private and autonomous is the focus of Gergen's postmodern challenge. In his chapter, "Social Saturation and the Populated Self," Gergen postulates that technological innovation in contemporary society has made possible a rapid proliferation of relationships. This he refers to as the "process of social saturation." Gergen's book constitutes a substantive contribution to psychology's on going understanding of the self. Copious examples are provided throughout, drawing on and extending scholarly debates. Also included are anecdotes and evidences from such far ranging domains as art, film, music, literature, and architecture. These not only clarify and reinforce his arguments, but also illustrate the scope and practicality of the position he espouses. Although readers may not embrace the gestalt of Gergen's vision of a postmodern culture, they are certain to find this book to be a provocative and rewarding read. 考察美国西雅图先锋广场历史保护区形成的过程,可以看出城市历史文化遗存的保护是经济与历史文化合力作用的结果,公众参与在城市历史文化保护工作中发挥着重要的作用。我国城市经济高速发展,保护与发展的矛盾冲突还没得到很好解决,先锋广场的例子对我们具有一定的参考价值。

 产品数据管理(product data management,PDM)作为产品信息管理集成框架,已成为当前研究开发型企业提高其核心竞争力的一种重要竞争策略.介绍了PDM技术的起源与发展,阐述了PDM的应用功能框架.结合当今软件技术的发展,分析了基于CORBA和WEB技术的PDM/CPC代表性产品Windchill平台的体系结构,指出了传统PDM过渡到CPC的必然发展趋势.

A newly developed catalyst type DVR-1 for catalytic cracking of Daqing vacuum resid was put into use in a commercial VRFCC unit,This catalyst features uniquely active matrix and modified ultra-stable zeolite.The commercial application results show that the DVR-1 type catalyst has the advantage of high heavy oil conversion,good metal tolerance nd gooed stability for catalyst regeneration,The FCC tests have shown Favorable product distribution,acceptable product quality and enormaous economic benefits whe processing the feedstock containin 75%-100% Daqing VR.
